Cancellations and returns


If you want to cancel an order, you can do so without any cost until the moment the shipment becomes effective. If the cancellation is received when the order has already been shipped, it will be considered a return.

If you want to return an order placed through our website, you have 14 calendar days from when the order has been delivered to you. The items must be returned in perfect condition and without signs of use. Contact info@alibri.es if you want to return an order.

Keep in mind that there are items that cannot be returned (imported books, print-on-demand books, used books, etc.). Contact info@alibri.es if you have any questions about your order.

Shipping costs will be assumed by the user unless the product is initially defective or BOOKISH VENTURES SL has sent an incorrect product. In the latter cases, returns of products with defects or erroneous products will be borne by Alibri / Bookish, as long as the user has paid, if applicable, shipping costs at the time of purchasing the product.

If the books or articles show signs of use or have been damaged, BOOKISH VENTURES SL reserves the right to make claims. In this case, the BOOKISH VENTURES SL staff will contact the user to initiate the appropriate checks on what happened.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used when placing the order. Ownership and risks of loss of the product will pass to the user at the time of delivery of the product. This risk will remain the responsibility of the user in the event of a return, until the product is delivered to BOOKISH VENTURES SL.
