The book contains 12 women's life stories in which they share their experience with God through ups and downs of their lives.

Each of the stories touches upon a different aspect of the women's lives, for example, the value of life, drug addiction, marriage, being a mom, struggle with sin, relationship with Jesus, going through serious illness, etc. The goal of the book is to encourage people who are presently facing trials and difficulties in their lives, to bring them closer to God by showing that he is faithful always. All stories begin and end with the author's reflection on the testimony giver and end with the prayer and verses from Scripture.

The English translation of the book has been supplemented by an Appendix where the author shortly describes the latest developments in the lives of these women.
