This multilingual dictionary provides the user with a wealth of terminology from recent professional literature. The author has examined numerous scientific and technical textbooks, handbooks, reference works, periodicals, glossaries, catalogues, brochures and other documents. The resulting dictionary contains 2,741 specific terms, plus synonyms and variants. All English/American entries are listed alphabetically with their equivalents in French, German, Spanish, Dutch and, where appropriate, Latin. An alphabetical list for each language is also included so that corresponding translations may be readily found.
