- fluently. Reading 4 develops reading skills by introducing advanced learners to a wide variety of authentic texts, including articles, poems and literary passages. The texts have been selected to be of real interest to the learner and they are supported by appropriately graded tasks and activities designed to increase the advanced learner's involvement and confidence in reading in English.
