La motivaci¢n de esta obra colectiva esla defensa de la vigencia del marco internacional de los derechoshumanos proporcionando una revisi¢n integrada y sistem tica. A talfin, la primera parte hace una presentaci¢n de los diferentes marcosde protecci¢n de los derechos humanos con el objetivo de familiarizaral lector. La segunda se centra en la revisi¢n del marco internacional de protecci¢n con respecto a  mbitos materiales concretos. As¡, se ha seleccionado un conjunto heterog?neo de derechos, especialmentesensibles frente a las regresiones que se est n viviendo mundialmente, que permiten mostrar cu l es el statu quo en el Estado espa¤ol.[ENG:] Commitment to human rights is essential for the survival of ademocratic society. The motivation behind this collective work is todefend the validity of the international human rights framework byproviding an integrated and systematic review. To this end, the firstpart makes a presentation of the different frameworks for theprotection of human rights with the aim of familiarizing the reader.The second focuses on the review of the international protectionframework with respect to specific material areas. Thus, aheterogeneous set of rights has been selected, particularly sensitiveto the regressions that are being experienced worldwide, which make it possible to show what the status quo is in the Spanish State.
